RIC collects information only for legitimate business, research, communication, project delivery, quality validation, reporting, and administrative purposes.
Use of Information
RIC may use collected information to:
respond to inquiries;
understand project requirements;
prepare proposals, quotations, research designs, and project plans;
manage research, surveys, analytics, reporting, and advisory assignments;
conduct quality checks and validation;
communicate with clients, vendors, associates, and project stakeholders;

RIC does not knowingly sell personal data, respondent data, or confidential client information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Respondent Confidentiality
RIC respects respondent confidentiality. Respondent names, phone numbers, email addresses, and identifiable personal details shall not be disclosed in final client reports unless specifically required for the project, legally permissible, and agreed in writing.
Where possible, research findings shall be reported in aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, or summarized form.
Survey Recordings and Quality Checks
Some projects may involve call recordings, audio checks, screenshots, transcripts, survey metadata, or other quality-verification material.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, RIC may apply sample-based quality checks and may provide validated recording folders or quality evidence as per project terms. RIC does not guarantee 100% recording availability for every completed survey unless specifically agreed in writing before project execution.
Respondent-identifiable details shall be handled with confidentiality and used only for agreed project purposes.
Use of Technology and AI-Assisted Tools
RIC may use technology platforms, software tools, automation, analytics systems, and AI-assisted tools to support research planning, questionnaire review, data organization, quality checks, coding, analysis, reporting, documentation, visualization, and productivity improvement.
AI-assisted tools are used to support the research process. They do not replace human judgement, professional review, or final quality approval.
RIC follows a privacy-conscious approach while using technology and AI-assisted workflows. Respondent-identifiable information, personal contact details, confidential client material, and sensitive project data shall not be intentionally submitted to public AI tools unless specifically permitted, required for the project, and supported by appropriate safeguards.
Where possible, data used for technology-assisted analysis shall be anonymized, de-identified, aggregated, or limited to the minimum information necessary for the agreed project purpose.
All final reports, findings, recommendations, and client deliverables remain subject to human review before submission.
Confidentiality and NDA
RIC treats client briefs, project documents, research data, respondent information, reports, business discussions, pricing, methodology, technical discussions, and innovation-related material as confidential project information.
RIC may execute a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement with clients, partners, vendors, associates, or innovation collaborators where required.
Unless a written NDA, service agreement, proposal, statement of work, or contract provides otherwise, information shared with RIC shall be handled with reasonable confidentiality and used only for business evaluation, project discussion, proposal preparation, project execution, or agreed advisory purposes.
Innovation, Automation and Robotics Discussions
RIC may discuss research, market intelligence, automation, robotics, AI, technology adoption, industrial innovation, and related business opportunities with clients, partners, vendors, consultants, and associates.
Any ideas, concepts, product discussions, workflow models, automation plans, robotics opportunities, technical proposals, prototypes, business methods, documents, presentations, research models, or innovation-related material shared with RIC shall be treated as confidential where the context reasonably indicates confidentiality or where a written NDA applies.
Sharing an idea or proposal with RIC does not automatically create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, ownership transfer, technology transfer, exclusivity, or commercial obligation unless agreed in writing.
RIC’s own brand assets, business plans, research frameworks, service models, innovation concepts, automation ideas, documents, methods, workflows, website content, reports, templates, and intellectual property remain the property of RIC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Tools, Platforms and Vendors
RIC may use third-party tools, software platforms, survey platforms, cloud services, communication tools, analytics tools, vendors, associates, field teams, consultants, and technology partners to support project delivery.
Where third parties are involved, RIC will make reasonable efforts to limit access to information based on project requirements and confidentiality expectations.
Clients may also provide their own survey links, tools, panels, systems, or platforms. In such cases, data handling may also be subject to the client’s platform terms, privacy policy, and technical controls.
Data Retention
RIC may retain project data, communication records, reports, invoices, quality records, and supporting documents for as long as reasonably necessary for project delivery, business records, legal, tax, operational, quality, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Upon written request and subject to legal, contractual, operational, and backup limitations, RIC may review requests for deletion, anonymization, or restricted use of certain information.
Data Security
RIC takes reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet-based communication, email system, website form, cloud platform, or digital storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Clients and users should avoid submitting highly sensitive information through website forms unless necessary.

Client-owned data, documents, brand materials, and confidential information remain the property of the client.
